80€ per residence is added to all rental charges as an extra charge to cover the cost of the final cleaning / office and organisational costs. The rental charges include 8% VAT.
During weeks 25-32 the minimum rental period is 6 nights and 7 days and any extra days are priced as a full weekly rental i.e. 6 nights. For bookings of longer periods and groups reductions are offered. During Christmas and the New Year a 50€ additional charge is made which includes provision of a Christmas tree.
The residences are priced according to the number of bed places, and the maximum number of people residence in the cottages should not exceed the number of bed places. Pets are forbidden in the holiday village area. Tents, caravans and camper vans are not allowed in the village area. During a booking that is shorter than a week guests are not allowed. The office should be informed of any possible guests.
The rental included:
- electricity
- water
- disposal of refuse
- bed linen ( towels by agreement)
- possibility of fishing (does not include fishing permits / permission ) and a rowing boat.
